Professional Experience
Trevor practices exclusively in the areas of Personal Injury Law, Criminal Law, Medical Mal-Practice and Civil Litigation. He is admitted to practice law in all State and Federal Courts in Oklahoma.
IIn July 2004 Trevor began working as an Attorney for the Stipe Law Firm in McAlester. While at the Stipe Firm he practiced in the areas of Personal Injury handling cases involving Automobile Accidents (including Commercial Truck Wrecks), Social Security Disability Cases, Medical Mal-Practice cases, Criminal Defense and Family Law.
In May 2006 he left that firm along with Tony Edwards and Mark Edwards and became a part of the Edwards Law Firm. As an Associate at the Edwards Law Firm he has continued his focus of practice in the following cases:
- Personal Injury - Auto Accidents, Tractor Trailer Wrecks, Premises Liability (including Slip and Fall cases)
- Social Security Disability (both SSI and SSDI)
- Medical Mal-Practice
- General Civil Litigation
Personal
Born in Vicksburg, Michigan in 1973, Trevor grew up in Three Rivers, Michigan. The oldest of two children, he graduated from Three Rivers High School in 1992 and enlisted in the United States Navy where he served for seven years. While serving in the military he was stationed at Tinker Air Force Base in Midwest City, Oklahoma and then transferred to Norfolk, Virginia, where He served aboard numerous navy vessels including the USS Enterprise, USS Cole and USS Klakring.
Education
After being honorably discharged from the Navy, Trevor attended Glenn Oaks Community College in Centreville, Michigan where he earned an Associate of Arts Degree in May 2000 (graduating Cum Laude) and continued his education attending Davenport University in Kalamazoo, Michigan where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree graduating with Highest Honor in May 2001. Trevor then returned to Oklahoma to attended law school at the University of Oklahoma where he excelled in academic and extra curricular activities including the following:
- Editor-in-Chief, American Indian Law Review
- National Order of the Barristers
- Various Moot Court Teams
- Class Representative, Student Bar Association
- Assistant Director, Student Board of Advocates
- Multiple Time Dean's Honor Roll
- AMJUR award for highest grade in the following classes: Administrative Law and Advanced Appellate Advocacy
