In the Fall of 2005 Matt began attending the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While attending law school Matt received his legal intern’s license, which allows students to practice law under the direction of a supervising attorney. Matt’s main area of study at OU was trial and litigation work.

After graduating Matt set for the July 2008 Oklahoma Bar. After setting for the Bar, Matt returned to McAlester to begin his employment as an associate at the Edwards Law Firm.
